KING OF ROMANTIC COMEDY

You probably would not be surprised to read that not many British actors and actresses make it in Hollywood. I wouldn't either. But it is the reasons that critics use that I find untrue. It is alledged that Brits lack both the commitment and talent to make it there. As you are reading this you could be smiling or frowning depending on which movies you have watched.Well I believe this is unfair(like you guessed).
I do not know what criteria they use to determine who is good but I know that criteria does not come better than "interesting".After all it is the main reason we watch movies!!!!!!!! So basing on that approved criteria(approved by you and I), Hugh Grant is the second to none in what he does. Although his classic good looks make him a shoo-in for romantic leads, Grant's comic capabilities -- marked by a nervous stutter, desperately fluttering eyelids, and an ability to capture a brand of distinctly English embarrassment -- have marked him as more of a comic performer than any one else.
Movies do not come better than "2 wedding and a funeral","Notting Hill","Bridget Jones dairy",I could go on and on.This man has been a revelation.
And of course you act best what you are. This man is naturally funny. If you are not conviced, read the following quotes:
"I don't particularly like babies. I don't mind them for about four minutes. That's my max. After that I can't quite see what everyone's fussing about."
"I could do with more mobbing, Particularly from women. I'd like to be treated like Ricky Martyn.
That may be trivia but basing on his recent movies,I have no doubt that this gentleman with a trademark British accent is the King of Romantic Comedy.
